How to disassemble the push rod motor of range hood
Step 1: Remove the front panel. The glass panel is an assembly of tempered glass and sheet metal parts bonded together, and the key switch and control panel are fixed on it; The glass panel is fixed with the main shell by the hook at the lower part and the two screws at the upper part. The disassembly steps are as follows: use a cross screwdriver to remove two screws for fixing the glass panel, and lift the panel upward to separate it from the shell; Then unplug the connector of the control line to remove the front panel.
Step 2: Remove the key switch and control panel. Place the surface of the glass panel downward, and remove the two screws fixing the key switch with a screwdriver to remove the switch; Then remove the four screws that fix the control panel, and the control panel can be removed.
Step 3: Dismantle the oil cup, oil net, air inlet ring, hand nut and impeller. The oil cup can be taken off by holding it counterclockwise; Remove the three screws that fix the oil net with a screwdriver, and then remove the oil net; Then remove the four screws that fix the air inlet ring and take down the air inlet ring; Turn the hand-held nut clockwise to remove the hand-held nut, and then hold the impeller and apply force outward along the axial direction to remove the impeller.
Step 4: Remove the capacitor. Remove the screw fixing the capacitor with a screwdriver, and then unplug the connector connecting the motor and the capacitor to remove the capacitor.
Step 5: Unload the motor. This is the key step of how to disassemble the motor of the range hood. Use a screwdriver to remove the two screws that fix the thread protection cover, and then remove the thread protection cover; Remove the three screws that fix the motor cover, and remove the motor cover; Then remove the four screws that fix the motor, and the motor can be separated from the shell; Then pinch the wiring cap of the motor wire with pliers, correct or destroy the wiring cap, so that the wiring can be separated from it, and the wires connected to the motor can be separated, and then the motor can be removed.
Step 6: Remove the power cord. Use a herringbone screwdriver to remove two herringbone screws that secure the power cord; Then remove the grounding screw on the power cord; Then disassemble the wiring.
